Prerana Das is a documentary filmmaker and researcher interested in stories of women's migrations and diasporas, politics of postcolonial landscapes, and agrarian development in Northeast India.

Her work strives for visual advocacy and often explores embodied histories within landscapes and spaces, as well as their relationship to cultural and personal memory.
